So I was browsing the internet and I came upon a great website with a huge collection of some memorable (and powerful) quotes.  You can see the site here: http://choicequotations.com/

For instance, one of my favorites (and most meaningful for today) came on the first page:

Why does it speak to me?  Well, today, I totalled my car.  And it was definitely the other party's fault.  But they got extremely angry, extremely quickly at the officer who came to investigate our accident, and things turned ugly for him real quick.

As hard as it was for me, I tried to stay calm, and be level-headed about the whole thing.  Who knows if that saved me, in the police's eyes, but at the very least, I sidestepped his wrath.
